You retain ownership of the testimonials and content you collect through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TestimonialUp be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
